| The music staff of the Daily Texan (including me) came up with the top 25 albums of the year, and has been publishing 5 a day every day this week. Ramon, the music editor, sent out an email with a link to download all 25 of the albums. Check it. www.bananacity.org/dailytexan1.shtml

| ORDER OF THE PHOENIX TRAILER IS ONLINE!! I AM SO GODDAMN EXCITED IT
HURTS. LIKE IT PHYSICALLY HURTS. AAAHHHHHH. ONLY 234 DAYS, 10 MINUTES
AND 44 SECONDS LEFT.
Anyway, some things I would like to remember from this weekend:
-Going
to the environmental club meeting and all of us except Aimy pretending
to be in the club and Omar blowing his cover by trying to throw his can
in the trash can. I mean, DUH it's the enrvionmental club you recycle
your beer cans. Also, Omar breaking the pinata (yes, there was a
pinata) open and winning a DAFT PUNK sign. Pretty goddamn cool.
-Going
to Rachel and Joe's party where everyone tried on the pink furry cat
ear hat we got for Rachel and did their best "RAARR" face. Pictures are
on Aimy's lj.
-Getting free tea from the waitress at Spiderhouse
because I sneezed while everyone was ordering and I told her I didn't
have money. She said she can't "have people getting sick on her watch."
I like nice people who give me things for free.
Anyway, today
all I did was go to class and watch Rebelde and Aimy skipped class to
play the Sims 2. And now she's trying to get me into it and I can see
now how you can spend whole weeks just playing the Sims 2. She made me
and Rupert Grint married and we have the cutest baby boy you have ever
seen!
Um, also earlier tonight me, Aimy, Evan, Robert, and Matt went
to Walmart to buy thermals and socks and beanies to give to the
homeless. We gave what we bought to Evan and Robert to give to people
downtown while we went back home to play the Sims 2.
We also bought a lots of chocolate. For us.
And,
yesterday I started up a paper journal again. I have had an actual
journal since about the 4th grade, but I haven't written in my latest one in like
a year and a half, plus I can't find it so I decided to start a brand
new one since I found this empty Harry Potter one I got for Christmas
like 3 years ago. This one is a little bit different then my other
journals, because while my old journals were almost all writing, this
one will also include doodles and magazine cutouts and collages and
stuff. I'm really enjoying putting stuff in it. Maybe sometime I'll
scan some of my pages and post them on here.
Also, I am so
excited about Thanksgiving and seeing everyone and then staying up all
night for Black Friday and shopping and getting sweet deals on stuff
and friends! I love friends!
And Samantha is having a debut!!! SO
excited!! I get to wear a red dress!! And teach some short high school
junior how to dance!! SO EXCITED.
Um. And that's what's been going on in my life so far. |
